Rebound Smart Exercise Featured Image - Rebound Physical Therapy
A few years ago, I had back surgery for a herniated disc. Last fall, stiffness and pain resurfaced and I was referred to Rebound. There, I enrolled in the Smart Exercise program. My main goal when I started was to strengthen my core and get fit overall. My back has never felt better. Now I can honestly say my mind and body have had a make over.

Results have been amazing; more than what I expected. Seeing these results and feeling better has given me the incentive to continue with another session and improve on those results even more.

  • Determines your maximum fat burning heart rate during exercise.
  • Determines your percent of lean body mass and percent of fat mass.
  • Measures your cholesterol and blood sugar levels.
  • Measures your height, weight, blood pressure and waist/hip ratio.

The Function/Fitness Evaluation:

  • Assessment of posture, strength and flexibility.
  • A detailed functional movement analysis and fitness testing.

The counseling, education and personal training you receive from our dedicated staff will enable you to make a lifetime commitment to an active and healthy lifestyle!
