Eight years ago, I chose Rebound Physical Therapy in Kansas as a place to treat patients and grow as a PT because I loved the community feeling you get as soon as you walk in the door. I also love that there are many therapists to collaborate with on challenging patients, so there’s always help developing the perfect solutions.
I love the people I work with every day. From the front desk staff to the other therapists, administrative staff and managers—we have a great team atmosphere and we work well together.
The Rebound Philosophy on Treating Patients
We have a number of beliefs that define our approach to treatment.
- We believe in one-on-one treatment. One therapist to one patient, every appointment.
- We treat the whole person, not the condition. We intend to get that person back to what they love to do. We want them to be able to function and participate in life the way they want to.
- We share ideas with each other. Everyone has a slightly different skillset, so we are able to provide the best of care based on our whole team’s skills and experience. We have experts in women’s health, sports performance, exercise and much, much more and we can bring all these skills to bear on any particular problem.
- Each clinician has the autonomy to plan their own patients’ care.
