This class is a modification of traditional yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair or standing using the chair for support. Benefits include flexibility, improved muscle tone, and a reduction of anxiety, stress, and chronic pain.
Sit-to-Fit

Provides a safe and effective exercise environment at a low-moderate intensity with the assistance of a chair for support. This comprehensive workout features cardio, strength training, balance and stretching. Participants may choose to remain seated the entire time or stand using the chair for balance when needed.

Offers a low-moderate intensity group exercise class that includes cardio, strength training, balance and stretching. Participants will be encouraged to work at an appropriate intensity for their fitness level while challenging themselves with a variety of exercise movements. Individuals with physical limitations will be provided modification guidance for this standing class.

This group fitness class includes strength training intervals with free weights and a mixture of cardio exercises. This class is fun, uplifting, and great for a total body workout. All fitness levels welcome.
Gentle Yoga
- Monday 6:00 – 7:00pm
- Intensity: Low-Medium
- Duration: 1 hour
Gentle Flow Yoga focuses on releasing tension, connecting with the breath, and helping students gain strength and flexibility. We will incorporate simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements using traditional postures with slight variations to accommodate all levels of yoga students. Some classes may include myofascial release, yin-yang or a meditation. This class will have some poses on the floor and standing. This class is appropriate for beginners
Youth Fitness

This one hour group training class will incorporate dynamic warm ups, functional movement, vertical jump, agility, endurance, and balance. Great for all levels of elementary students ages 5 and up!
Group Aquatic Classes
Aqua Circuit

This group training class includes upper and lower body strength, balance, core stabilization, and joint unloading. Clients will focus in improving their overall function in the warm water.
Aqua Fit

Get fit in the water. This group training class includes aqua aerobics with strength training intervals. Get your heart rate up and body moving in this fun fast paced class!
